This interest led me to study psychological science and eventually led to a full time job. I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. About Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

About Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT)
Are you trying to reach a goal or overcome a particular problem? Unlike traditional forms of therapy that take time to analyze problems, pathology, and past life events, SFBT concentrates on finding solutions in the present and exploring hopes for the future in order to find a quick and pragmatic resolution of your problems. Solution-focused brief therapy doesn’t require a deep dive into your childhood and the ways in which your past has influenced your present. Instead, it will root your sessions firmly in the present while working toward a future. SFBT has been successfully applied in individuals, couples and family therapy. The problems it can address are wide-ranging, from the normal stressors of life to high-impact life events.
