This interest led me to study psychological science and eventually led to a full time job. I am committed to the well-being of all my patients and go above and beyond to cater to their needs. I truly care for all of my clients, and work diligently to help find them the answers they seek. I have worked with a variety of patients dealing with circumstances that are unique to their lives.

About Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a direction in psychotherapy, the effectiveness and high efficiency of which has been scientifically proven. CBT is proven to be excellent in the treatment of depression, anxiety, phobias, guilt, anger, panic attacks, relationship difficulties and low self-esteem. CBT is based on a technique that highlights person’s unconscious motivations, transfers them to a conscious level, and helps to change beliefs and behavior that cause neurotic and other pathological reactions. Using CBT techniques, a therapy is provided that is uniquely tailored to your individual needs, circumstances and goals. 

About Regression Therapy

Do you sometimes feel as though your past is holding you back? Perhaps it's something you can't remember, but you strongly feel that it's hidden somewhere in your mind? If so, regression therapy might make sense for you. It is dedicated to uncovering things from your past that may be contributing to your current mental state or harmful habits. Regression therapy can help to resolve present life difficulties, and can give clarity and resolution to current issues, patterns, ailments, fears, phobias, habits and trauma. This process can be invigorating, exciting and hearty. Sometimes revisiting, gaining insight and understanding about something old and familiar allows us to make peace and simply let go. It's a specific approach to psychotherapy that helps people improve their emotional and cognitive health by resolving past events.
